THE CHEF

Pasquale Vitale was born in Salerno in 1973 and for friends is Pascalò. Here is revealed the restaurant name’s origin. The activity is family run, where Pasquale can use his fantasy, gained from several professional experience in Italy and abroad.

After graduating from the hotel management school in Salerno, he has worked in some of the best hotels of the most important summer and winter tourist destinations like Porto Cervo, Punta Ala, Positano, Courmayeur, Saint Moritz, Miami and in so many other places of high tourist attraction.

From 2006, however, he has decided to come back at home and he opened Pascalò, where he offer to his clients dishes that express a perfect combination of the tradition of the place and exotic cuisine.

For Pascalò get in kitchen is a real philosophy of life, expressed through patience, love and passion: these three elements, cleverly mixed, give to client the emotion that they research when they sit in a restaurant.
